There's no native DX12 game or commercially available engine at this point.
What you guys all have to finally understand is that DX12/Vulkan aren't just a small update to an old API - it requires a complete re-write of the entire rendering portion of a game to make use of it properly. So far you only see cheap ports and quick hacks to output old code via DX12 but that doesn't mean it actually utilizes the featureset properly which is why you don't see interesting performance increases.
The issue here obviously is that writing for DX12 means it's not backwards compatible at all, making it impossible to run on DX11 hardware, shrinking the market potential. Nobody does that until DX12 is common enough to sell a game written in it. For business reasons it's not viable to develop a game twice for DX11 and 12 so at most you get a shitty port as mentioned earlier that won't do shit.
There's also the problem of developer experience that goes out the window - you can have developed for DirectX 9-11 for many years but DX12 poses significant challenges because the hardware has to be understood far better, which is pretty hard in a market where we have many GPUs with many different implementations of rendering pipelines.
