Absolutely not, Mass Attack is one of the best Kirby spin offs in my opinion, and I'm not being contrarian, I enjoyed it thoroughly
The thing is that most people don't have very interesting or inflammatory opinions on the series, its why the no bad games meme is a thing, its an actual assessment of the general consensus and not who gets the most replies.
Overall people either didn't care much for a game or absolutely loved it, but complete disdain is rare and for every "X is absolute shit and I hate it" there is 10 people willing to disagree, from "it was okay" to "It was amazing". But just saying a game was alright isn't particularly interesting nor will it get (you)s, and if you have any critical assessments against a game you better hyperbole the shit out of them and simplify your opinion as no one will read anything past 2 sentences.
With no fundamentally broken games it always comes down to personal preferences and minute details, anyone can agree on objectively bad games but with some of the more experimental Kirby titles you can just as easily not get the appeal and disagree on something someone else loved. You can't argue broken mechanics, glitches, bugs or what have you, without going into long books of text it boils down to "is shit" "fuk u, I like it"

I don't know what's so hard to get about magolor, he's still a dick, he intended everything he did about obtaining the crown and taking over the universe. No matter how you take the Soul description the point is after his defeat he lost himself in its power and is no longer in conscious control, but it makes no difference as to his fault and flaws if it was 100% crown or not from that point on, its just a new enemy to overcome.

And at least Triple Deluxe is a beautiful game the entire way through, only royal toad, eternal dream land, and arguably that mansion are visually striking and interesting, it has multiplayer, and its minigames are simple and fun like Super Star's, not inferior versions of DLC.
They're both 6/10 games if you're being unbiased, but they're both plenty of fun if you like Kirby games.

At least you have more of a semblance of control though, and there are multiple moves. Hyper Nova is basically just watching the same QTE over and over again. If I recall, most sections if not all required it in order to proceed. Same applies to PR. I like having the choice of being able to avoid something that completely breaks certain sections of stages.
I also give RTDL props for some of its more interesting stages in Nutty Noon and Egg Engines. Triple Deluxe to me, just felt like one big 3D gimmick. Bosses were great, but I did not enjoy playing the main game. Robobot was a step up I'd say.

I think PR did the player-empowering gimmick the best. You weren't just limited to one move like in RtDL and TD and levels didn't feel as scripted. Robobot armor felt a lot more natural and less disruptive to the flow of the gameplay as well as have levels not feel predictable like with RtDL.

First post in this conversation, but I feel being limited to one move isn't necessarily a bad thing, as it allowed for more creative use of one mechanic rather than shallow use of multiple ones. If they achieved that is arguable, but I feel Hypernova had enough variety in its implementations, while there was spectacle more often than not there was still evolving challenges and the ever present mini-bosses that while simple, are an engaging affair of proper timing and use of inhale and spit. They have a bit of fun with Hypernova, its not restricted to just destroying or activating things one way as how most Super Ability sections go. Super ability takes a while to even make you require some timing to land a hit, while Hypernova starts from world 1 giving you more complex stuff than just pressing the button, even if its not that complex anyways, neither fo these ever are.
I will agree with you on the alternate dimension stuff, which is what I feel is one of RtDL's strengths and the saving grace for otherwise shallow Super Abilities. The Super Ability doesn't earn you anything but the real challenge for Energy Spheres, its mostly for show but you're rewarded with more regular gameplay. Its really nice to have these dedicated challenge rooms focused around taking advantage of Kirby's bare basics as fast as possible, and you're only rewarded your collectibles after completing it and a mini boss.

This. For anyone going for 100%, falling off a cliff might as well be a death because you lose a ton of beads and it ruins your stage rank. People love the Wario Land games even though it took them 4 games to implement actual HP, and Epic Yarn works almost the same way as that series, in which getting hit doesn't hurt you, but makes you drop your money all over the screen, Sonic-style. If the shit you drop despawns before you can get it all, it has a good chance of hurting your performance, and if you fell into a pit, like 1/3 of all your beads are just instantly gone. The game does a nice job of providing an easy cakewalk for casual babbies that just want to hold right to win, and making it tough to get through completely unscathed if you want to get a top rank.

The super moves had way more variety, especially in later stages where you actually needed to time your super hammer to line up a set of circuits or hit enemies at the right 1/4th of a second with the super fire move.

It really isn't, the way the inhale is activated is always the same but the way it interacts with each level and how it responds is different a lot of the time. One time it sucks shit up, one time it drags shit, one time it activates something, one time it lets you spit out what you suck, etc.
What it was was heavily scripted each time and focused a lot more on showing new kinds of spectacles, which can get boring on multiple playthroughs. My personal ranking is as follows:
PR > RtDL > TD > fantastic vidya
RtDL was good, with a lot of solid level design taking advantage of vertical space as well as horizontal. Super Abilities were boring, but there were a few, so there was some variety. Still was nothing more than "Press X for lethal cutscene". The Interdimension sections were alright though.
TD had Hypernova, which, while had larger variety in its puzzles, was the only "super ability"" in the game. It killed any replayability for any level it was featured in.
PR basically fixed everything TD did wrong, and accentuated everything it did right. Robobot Armor felt like an extension of Kirby rather than a "super ability". The music doesn't change all the time when entering the armor, making the armor feel like a part of normal gameplay, which I found to be a nice touch. Level design is on par, and even exceeds RtDL while making the multiple planes not seem as much a gimmick.

I don't think it matters much in the end, its around the same as TD's amount of originals, and there's always discrepancies on where you draw the line of original, specially within the new tracks and leitmotif use. Not to mention remixes are still great to listen to and are often new takes, specially in a game who's theme is mechanize the existing.
PR has more overall new compositions (remixes included) than TD, around the same of originals (though TD has more original stage themes) but PR has a lot more remixes. TD pulled songs from other games for a few extra stages but PR cranked it up to 10, which left the sound test with a lot of old tracks because they felt like having one in every room of every extra stage.

DS Flashcarts don't usually require any hacking on the DS's part, at least mine didn't, load up the OS and roms into the mini sd and its good to go, 3DS just registers it as some japanese game and logs the time assuming its that

they seem to not want to have more than around 25ish worthwhile abilities, so they rotate some in and out as well as add new ones each game, they could probably just as easily add them all but then they'd have to get use and enemies in each levels, and something like Robobot already kinda struggles giving you enough of certain abilities.
