But after trying 5+ gaming mice I always go back to the deathadder. Just is the easiest to aim with, lightweight, and you can click from even the back of the mouse. Pretty awesome.

Got mine for 15$, don't know how but it probably fell off the back of a truck or something. Pretty good mouse, very ergonomic. It feels very light to hold but not cheap, its still solid. It has a wierd problem when it comes to the surfaces it can be used on, sometimes it just doesn't work. Other than that its good.

Mine started double-clicking after a year. I opened it up and put a piece of electrical tape at the end of the plastic plunger thing and it fixed it. I still really like the mouse, but be wary of shit like that.

Oh, I will say though.. A few years back I had the Razer 360 controller. It died within a year - serious analog stick issues. It was rampant in the production of them.
So sometimes Razer products do shit the bed. But damn, that WAS the best 360 controller. So comfy.

I have the older 3.5 version and I quite like it. No hardware problems after 2 years daily use. You will want to turn off all those god damn leds, and after that don't bother with the razer software. It somehow eats 70% cycles on my i5.
Other than that it is really great. Most comfortable mouse I ever used and excellent performance. No bullshit built in acceleration or anything either. Even If it falls apart due to shittier build I will buy another of the same.
I recommend a large mouse pad to go with. You can't enjoy a decent mouse's capabilities in fps games on a normal 9 inch pad. I got a 25 inch wide one from a print shop.

Razer is a shitty company full of lousy products with high failure rates and parts made of chinese knock offs and they get away with it by pandering to the "hardcore gamerz" demographic.
That said, the Deathadder is a really nice mouse and I used mine for about 5 years before replacing it with another one. It wasn't even broken or anything, the back button got fidgety and kinda broken after ~3 years or so, but it never broke completely. I also never tried to return it so that's on me, maybe they would have replaced it.
