Doing any direct ogl or d3d programming is a losing prospect these days, unless you're a low level engine tuner. Most places that write their own engines are full of delusional fucks, and their engines suck for it.

This one is a real oddball. For someone who really had all of the skills outlined in the previous points, you wouldn't even ask for this. Such a qualified applicant could read the books and documentation on whatever engine you wanted and be up to full speed on it in a few weeks at most. This requirement seems more targeted at code monkeys, where it took the monkey 5 years to figure out how to get a ball to bounce in UE4, and you're hiring a monkey because your new game needs bouncing balls in it.
All of these requirements are of course filtered through HR bullshit, but someone with all of them would easily be worth $200k/yr in my area. Maybe they really want an uber-programmer? A different industry would pay more than video games. Maybe they really want Pajeet the code monkey and the whole posting is a smoke screen? Or maybe they want a managerial-type position where each of the above requirements should be prefaced with "Can bullshit this...". It's not worth my time to find out. Answering a cold posting is basically worthless anyway; have a friend or a contact at the company, otherwise you'll never dodge HR.

I got fired from a job I worked at for four years because I refused to go to a southern baptist gospel concert prayerfest thing at work.
