Freedom:

>added cleaner icons for the world map
>replaced the minimap with a simple compass (good shit, makes you actually pay attention to your surroundings rather than follow a quest marker)

Audio:

That's it. Great mod overall if you ask me, improves on nearly every aspect of them game and turns it from piss easy to actually challenging.
