I do play on consoles, and I'm not going to try saying a controller isn't as precise as a keyboard and mouse, but certain characters have no viable counters.
Reaper for example is a one man tank killer. He deals ridiculous damage, then the second he's in any kind of danger he ghost modes and gets a free health pack, and comes back to finish the job. He shouldn't be able to pick up health packs, or be able to be healed while he's in ghost mode.
Torb's turrets just require a sniper or corner shotting, though you lose most of your health in the process. Not to mention the turret is just plain impossible to kill when he uses his ult.

It takes about 10-13 games to gain 22000 exp and level up.
Each game takes about 5 minutes, so let's say a level an hour
If people were prestiged during week 1 then they'd have to get 100 levels, so it would roughly take 85-90 hours (accounting for the early lower level requirements)
A fulltime job is 40 hours a week, which means these fuckers were playing overmatch more than anything else that week, more than time spent sleeping etc.
So yeah, if you see people with 2-3 star prestige at this time, they are 100% poopsocking no-lifers who hasn't seen the sun in weeks.
