I know it's sort of /v/ tradition to dismiss the dozens if not hundreds of people that do genuinely get hype for games on here, but there were genuinely people there.
It's a VN. The value is in the dialogue between characters, and it's a waifu-driven bartender simulator. It wasn't advertised as much more and people were looking for pretty much exactly that, the aesthetic it offered, and the setting of a cyberpunk dystopia.
Be glad that there isn't a constant, endless discussion about it. You seriously want this to go the way of Katawa Shoujo, or the literally millions of overwatch threads?
