How do you nullify someone's video game/micro-transaction addiction?
My 17 y/o little brother has (within the past week) spend a few hundred dollars on pic related, and by suspicious means. (He opened a bank account to secretly purchase micro-transactions) Within the last year he probably spent thousands. (He probably would have spent more if his mother hadn't barred him from spending for a period of time recently.)
So, how do I get him to stop?
I can't even reason with him.

Computer in the living room/family room so he can't go off in private to do whatever he wants.
No more smart phones or tablets, give him an old brick to carry around for a phone so no internet.
