0:39 - After the battle with Pokey and Giygas trapped in the Devil's Machine (which suppresses Giygas' power...and looks like Ness), this song plays after Pokey switches off the Devil's Machine, revealing the true nature of Giygas as the mindless, all-powerful embodiment of evil itself. (The song where you fight Pokey and Giygas is skipped in this video. It's called Pokey Means Business.)
0:58 - First phase of the battle with Giygas himself. The only part of the battle where you conventionally battle Giygas. (The song is cut off; as it goes on, the electricity noises shift pitches and that terrifying drone repeats.)
1:18 - Second phase of the battle with Giygas. He starts moving around a lot faster, which makes for a creepy effect. You have to start literally praying to beat him here.
1:44 - This song fades in when it shows the results of your prayers; your friends from throughout the game start to pray for you, damaging Giygas.
2:32 - The peniultimate prayer. Ness' mom and sister are shown praying, making Giygas even more unstable.
3:02 - The form Giygas takes on when he's unstable, the impetus of the "fetus theory" you may have heard of. Only it shifts around a lot. Pray just once more and he dies. The text box shows your real name (which you entered at certain points in the game) praying for him. When the text box pops up, the music gets quiet, as in the video linked.
3:19 - This plays after Giygas is critically wounded. Pokey taunts you just one more time before leaving. The screen and audio cut to static as Giygas finally dies.
