By providing the plot details in well-hidden and completely optional files, like e-mails that require high hacking skills, or documents hidden in protected bank storage. Something that looks boring at first glance, and most players wouldn't even bother reading it. But it would be relevant information, like coded messages and financial details. A smart and willing player would be able to work out most plot twists beforehand, and maybe even influence the plot by using this knowledge.

Actually, none of these answers are right. Giving the player hints to the ending is not spoiling it, that's retarded. The way to spoil something without the player knowing would be to show the ending/give the player information detailing the ending, but making the player expect that it's actually an earlier part of the story.
