It's a super compact. Usually for a US EN layout
104 keys = all keys including F1-F12 and numpad
87 key = Numpad gets the axe, but everything else stays ("Tenkeyless") including F1-F12
When you get around 60 keys, you usually eliminate the arrow keys, F1-F12, home/end/insert/delete/pageup/pagedown, printscrn, scroll lock, pause keys and you get some function key on the keyboard to act as a modifier for these actions.
I love tenkeyless to get the mouse closer to the rest of the keys, but the supercompact like OP is a non-starter for me.
In regards to OP key layout: That assumes dedication to a single game and weapon types that I don't have, plus I think it's kind of a gimmick when weapon changes have default keybinds in games and those are keys that are closer to the center of the keyboard and WASD.

I do need to replace my old one. People keep telling my I sound like their dad.
Those macro buttons are clearly set up for CS, but I can't imagine how they could possibly be more convenient than the number keys that are already right above the movement keys.
