lol this chode thinking a static light point controlled by a player is global illumination when it's not. Lightsourcing using a static player held object is PS1 era tech anon and ez as piss for developers. U4 uses last gen static point lighting when 2011 games like Skyrim were doing global illumination. Even Fallout 4 has Full Realtime GI.
