It's Spider Woman, though the book is called Spider Gwen. It's an alternate universe were Gwen Stacey got the spider powers and Peter died. From what I understand, the alternate universe thing also lets us see some interesting takes on characters Fred Castle and Mary Jane.

Best thing to do is basically just find specific runs or storylines that seem interesting to you and fill in all the gaps with wiki usage.

Well, it's certainly has potential but story progression is slow and boring and when your only notable stories are just cross-overs then something's gone really wrong. That's not about character but mediocrity of her source material. We had a great debut issue with promise of more to come. I even thought it'll be, like, new Ultimate Spider-Man of modern day. Yet, what we get is dull comicbook series. Sure, I can enjoy the character in cross-over Spider-Verse series but man, I want more good stuff with her. And other spider-people, to be exact. Because most of Spider-Man related stuff right now is overall boring and\or underwhelming.
Look as long as it's not Sins of the Past, I don't give a fuck how boring Gwen's run is.
