I have yet to see a single other engine pulling those off just as good without expensive use of mocap.

Condense everything so you will have very high detail on every step instead of useless filler.
Hubs about twice the size of Bloodlines would be appropriate.
Voiceacting cast is highly important, don't cut corners there.
Make every clan feel unique, include content which is clan exclusive and could even alter the story progression or ending.
Make player charatcer customizable, including layerd clothing with armor etc.
Release the full SDK to make modding avalible as soon as the game ships.I expect not a single one of those points to become true because nice things never happen.
