My cat doesn't stop meowing.

It's so fucking annoying. I'm the only one who lives here besides the cat, and I'm out at work most of the time. I know she wants attention, but no matter what i do, once i stop giving her attention she meows. And it's not a cute one either.
She has clean water, clean litterbox, fresh food both wet and dry. Took her to the vet recently and fixed a whole bunch of problems. She still meows.
From what I read , Siamese are extremely chatty, but this one just won't shut up.
I try to go to sleep, all she does is knock over my TV and starts chewing on wires.
I try to get her to get in bed and go to sleep, she claws at me, meows, and runs away.
I follow her, all she does is walk around the kitchen and stare at me.
She doesn't play. I've tried everything. Every toy. Everything. EVERYTHING

I was worried about cord chewing and knocking over my TV as well. He chewed through the power cord of my router and through some iPhone charging cords. I just made it where he doesn't have access to the cords, either by putting the surge protectors in plastic totes or by put plastic tubes around the cords. As for my TV, it's anchored to the TV stand. He's calmed down a lot in the last few months though. At first, I kind of regretted getting a kitten. They're stupid high energy compared to older cats.

My cat died last week. Any time a black object sitting on a table or a couch or something catches the corner of my eye, I keep thinking it's him. I wasn't completely devastated right when he died, but the entire home really changes and you're reminded constantly of what is no longer there.

Not quite those traits, but my family got a really sick kitten many years ago (the cashier apparently urged us not to get him). He was raised around dogs basically all his life, so he kinda thought he was a dog. He'd even show up out of nowhere whenever we walked the dogs, and fended off a couple of random dogs one time.
