Even then, it's a crapshoot if you'll be able to kill anyone or not. You can boost into them with your shields and melee them and start shooting, but most characters can out DPS D.va so hard they can kill you before you even tickle them. And then you have to boost away before they finish you off.
I've had so many instances where I just couldn't beat one single enemy alone with my mech suit and just let them kill the mech 'cause I'm not doing jack shit so I could finish them off with the pistol.
