Yeah I haven't really spent more than the standard game price for games and game accessories in a long time. I think only MH3 and Skyward Sword I spent a little more because those were bundled with controllers. I have thought about getting a capture card for my consoles but I don't think it's possible with my current setup.

Probably WoW. I played the game pretty actively from vanilla to MoP. There'd be months and times where I would take a break, but I still sunk a lot of time into it so I'd imagine it was a couple hundred dollars.

But that just used to be the usual market price for a console game in my country.

It's definitely MapleStory, but it's been a while since I last played and I can't even begin to fathom how much I actually spent before I quite, includingbuying mesosafter my account was phished/hacked at some point. I'm pretty disgusted with how careless I was with money as a young teen; if I had to guess, I probably spent close to $5000 over the 8 or so years I played it.
Recently though, I guess it would be FFXIV (bought the standard and HW collector's editions and subbed for a year) and if we're not counting MMOs then pic related would be the priciest thing I've bought that I can remember.
I bought a Vita for Persona 4 Golden and that's it.
It was totally worth it.
