Well I'm not sure how much of it is their fault. MVG was supposed to be streaming smash for them but bailed at the last minute, that's pretty much been what's caused all the stream issues and it may be the reason why everything has gotten delayed so badly.

As for beating falcon, think about it like this. You don't want to do too many desync stuff as it slows you down and falcon moves way too fast to make the risk/reward worth it at all. Similarly with movement, you shouldn't be doing too many full-length wavedashes - keep 'em short, truncated, and tight. Let the falcon do his fast dash dancing, and punish bad mistakes. Remember that falcon has great movement options but all of his aerials are slow to come out (except insta upair maybe) and have pretty mediocre priority, so you can threaten a backair with your disjointed hitbox. Also, since Falcon has great movement but slow moves, falcons looking to get a read on your movement - hence keeping your wavedashes pretty tight. Keeping your wavedashes short also keeps nana closer to you, which compresses your hurtboxes so you're less likely to get randy knee'd.
Anyway, threaten Falcon with your movement, bait him into misspacing with unpredictable, tight wavedashing movement, punish hard.
Good falcons don't get shield grabbed, so I find it typically not worth it to even be facing the opponent - approaching with your back to the opponent isn't a bad idea. That being said, if you're playing a non-top 100 player, chances are they'll mess up and give you a free shield grab at some point, which leads into a wobble.
Keep in mind knee and stomp have crazy shield stun and send you way too far to get a shield grab. A low knee on shield especially gives falcon a frame advantage, as being close to the ground allows him to get his landing lag over with quicker despite your shield being hit with the full force of the knee hitbox.
If he does a high aerial, feel free to punish him
Wobbling is gay as fuck by the way and I don't recommend that new ice climbers try it at all. focus on cg-ing, handoffs, blizzobbling, and smash attacks out of grabs, as well as techchasing off of throws with ics.

CEO is literally the testing grounds for EVO and has been for years. Only Smashkids seem to not understand this.
All sorts of new tech pops up, new OS, someone shows off a reset that no one thought would work, it's where all the stuff people hide starts slipping through the cracks. Not only that but you start to see how strong a player actually is heading into EVO.
Plus everyone is building end of the year championships now and building fully year ranking seasons because the Capcom Cup model has been working. Tekken is going to have a full season next year that follows Capcom's Pro Tour schedule leading up to the second King of the Iron Fist tournament.
