As game budgets have bloated due to the obsession with graphics fidelity, game designers are forced to make safer games that are more likely to have a guaranteed return. Thus, we lose out in terms of experimentation and unique titles.

Honestly, if the NX is underpowered it might be a blessing to some devs as it could become a haven for titles with lower budgets.
