Again, a purebred wolf can not bark. There is no living population of purebred wolves outside of captivity. Therefore all wild wolves can bark. And completion bred wolf is going to be a mut and can bark as well.
Also wolves do not form packs but hunt with blood relatives as a third tidbit of info. A pack is a coalition of non blood related animals. Wolves separate themselves much like humans do.
