dw 6-8 were all shit
sw 3-4 i havne't played, but 4-2 was garbage
wo3 was OKAY but too easy even on hardest difficulity
everyone had too low health and too high attack, it was universal even on highest difficulity
very disappointing game too because only 1 story line instead of factions

5 was amazing overall
ost, characters, campaigns. just really good.
6 is heresy and it doesn't exist.
7 changed thigns so that almost everyone can equip every weapon, but with variying amounts of proficiency. this means that everyone can be lu bu, practically. every character has one weapon type that is "theirs" which grants them one extra attack with that weapon type that other characters don't have. grand majority of the time this is something extremely lame.
the onyl thing that sets characters apart is that one weapon move they get, stat growths, and musou
it is painful and i don't like it
but other fans seem to enjoy it

this is the exact same in dw8
you can also equip 2 weapons, not just 1, but 2 (also in 7)
weapons have elements similar to rock paper scissor
it's too lame
there is nothign positive about it
it's horrendous
dw3-5, sw2, wo1 are still the best musou games

6 is literally animed to death. It's trash. Weapons are shit with unlimited attack combo. 8 is better, but not as good as the classics
