Why do her shot rockets disappear when she dies before they hit something?
There's is literally no good reason for them to suddenly disappear mid flight, just because you are dead.

I hate every time I see an ult go off and I throw my flashbang at it and die and then the killcam shows me not even doing anything.

It's not coding, and it's not intentional. The reason why that happens is because your upload speed/server upload speed is too low to accurately track what you're doing. So if you die right after you shoot a rocket or flash bang, your rocket/flash bang was not uploaded fast enough to register that you did it.
