The director already implied that the JP and Western versions will be different, or that they're trying to make the game fit both Western and Japanese "limitations." Japan has strict violence restrictions which is why there's limited dismemberment/gore, while Western society avoids sexuality even if it won't push the game's rating. Director said that they're designing it with this in mine, but I suppose it's up to you whether you interpret that as we'll be getting different versions, or if the game they're designing already has those "limitations" in mind.
