To me the worst is the challengeless Raid Mode. As a purple player in REv1 (admire my dick), I found stupid how you could get completely overpowered once you got an Lv100 AMR and not only that, you're allowed to take damage - just not use herbs - even though you can use HP draining shots and can use revive crystals and evading is super easy.

Its a pretty cool story at least. However all the optional modes are beyond frustrating. Lets put you in new game status, on the hardest difficulty, and make all the enemies invisible.
Just expect to play through it once or twice and be done with it.

I have a desktop that surpasses the recommended specs and a laptop ASUS RoG with a 960m, the game is pretty badly optimized.
It's not that I can't play it at decent resolution and settings, it's that no matter how low you put the settings, it will cook your hardware.

I've played it at least once a week since it came out. It's fun to pop on Raid Mode for a couple of quick games.
The campaign is one of the better ones in RE's hit and miss history. It's well worth $18.

It's co-op is actually pretty good: played through the campaign with my bro, alternating who was the 'load' by whether it was Barry or Jill's sections.
The whole "asymmetrical multiplayer" thing would have been easy to fuck up, but it's actually pretty fun.

Hadn't played RER2 but the first RER was fucking awful jesus christ
Rev 2 is the first RE (barring HD collections) that I've enjoyed since 4. The co-op actually flows really well and it's a pretty good game, short though. The Barry segments are worth it ten-fold. Honestly if they had just stuck with this formula going forward I wouldn't have even been mad. It's leagues better than 5, 6, and Rev 1.

There are patch issues with the game. Prior to updating a patch on my end I had some frame drops when turning the camera at times, especially when fire was going around, and it was only really prevalent in the first chapter with Claire/Moira.
Haven't had a single problem since patching it though.
