there are also a lot of cool movies that you could technically watch along the series but some of them could confuse you so leave them as the final thing to watch

I didn't mind it that much. I guess I've played it for so many years I'm used to it, but the game does definitely need a less cheesy way of doing the bigger moves; It's a nice compromise given that the game was always meant to be a simpler sort of fighting game. Me and a friend play it whenever we visit each other(And used to play it daily when we were roommates), so we've gotten unreasonably try-hard at the game. It's pretty exciting when you actually pull off a successful ultimate attack against someone that's really good, because it takes legitimate strategy to not just get BTFO by wiping your ki and getting stunned.
