Keep winning payload attack maps as a Reinhardt with a Mercy healer, or as a Mercy with a Reinhardt tank. Like 8 out of the last 10 games I've gotten in have been payload attack, and I've won all of them. Got a box with sprayjunk in it but what can you do about it, right?

only played two matches (OW is the kinda game that I get deep into for about two weeks and then it just settles as my "I've got half an hour to kill" game for months afterwards), one as genji and the other as symmetra. Trying to get better with Genji and with Symmetra it was a match that basically felt like a lost cause so I said fuck it and used it to try to learn a character I never use a little better.
I find it surprisingly effective to just mash out those little laser pewpews near the payload when you're on D and trying to keep it from pushing. Like it's no surefire method but it works better than basically anything else I was doing as her.
Genji's good shit once you start to get the hang of him, though I've got a ways to go. still can't make that ult effective at all since I'm kinda shit at it.

Imo she doesn't have a hardcounter like most of the cast. McCree is supposed to be a hardcounter, but it's easy enough to dance outside of flashbang range and force the McCree to spend time trying to headshot you or chase you down after they land a bodyshot.

Having played against one of these today I can confirm this shit is the absolute fucking worst. This Genji was hoping all over the place throwing our shurikens and slashing people, using his mobility to move from cover to cover. I don't really know. Always have orbs up on somebody of course. Never stop firing, especially if you see people through gaps or around corners. Save your ult to counter others (Genji, Zarya, Mei) or if your teammates are pushing with an ult.
A good time to play Zen is when you have a Sym or Torb or both, a bad time is when they have a sniper or tracer focused on you.

Zen is the only problem here. The others you listed wouldn't be worth playing as it would be near impossible to get kills, especially with Hanzo and Widow.
Honestly my biggest complaint is the blatant 50% forced win-rate. I didn't believe it at first, but everytime I do good for more than a match, the next match is nearly impossible to win.

winston is great at shitting on characters like widow/genji and symmetra turrets, as well as instigating an objective push with his leap/shield.

New skins are being added soon, and the pool of legendaries is still fairly small. As that pool gets larger it'll be harder and harder to obtain ones you like via RNG, so it's best to stockpile them now.
Also if you're contemplating buying a skin of a female character make sure to jack off first. Wizard Time is a real thing, and a person is at their most logical and objective during their refractory period.
Honestly though I do not know how to relate to certain things on this thread tho, like of course I have dealt with shitty instant DEFEAT match ups, but if I try hard enough I can usually help whip a bad team together for a good push by spoonfeeding the game to them, I have not had a defeat streak longer than 3 so far and I am 86 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
