Those games didn't have Karen being locked up and crying in a wine cellar by her abusive father.
Friends of Mineral Town is the only one worth playing, especially if you get the version where you play as a cute girl.

N64, definitely. Although the SNES one has a special place in my heart.
Those events and festivals were awesome

Donno what it was about MM but it's just so easy to get sucked into. It's the only HM where I built relationships with all the residents and continued to play after getting married.
