Quality is at the heart of the DRM argument, because despite what shills like to say, people do in fact buy good games even if they pirate them first. What denuvo insures is prevent anyone who isn't on board already from giving it a chance.
DRM benefits bad games more than good games. Good games get more sales from word of mouth. So preventing people who aren't preordering fanboys from buying means preventing a large chunk of criticism.
