Why the fuck does everyone talk about RE1's remake on gamecube but not RE3's?

It's not a remake.
The RE3 remake wasn't nearly as good as the RE1 remake.
It wasn't bad, but it just wasn't really worth talking about.

Apparently it's based on the slightly improved Dreamcast version according to five seconds in google.
So yeah. It's just cash in port.
It's the same as the RE2 GC port. Just the same game with slightly sharper models.
I can't remember the details, but I don't think its even the definitive version. Either the Windows or DC versions have more features.

Because it's basically just the PS1 version with a better resolution. There was one for RE2 as well.
Is probably the best version of it, apart from maybe the Jap only PC version that is a fucking headache to get working properly. But it's still just the same game. It's nothing like Remake which is an actual remake. This is just a port.
