That's what the flask thing is, it's a Fiio Q1 portable amp. I even have to enable the gain switch and crank up the volume to nearly max because even amped the volume is way too fucking low.
The thing can reach a really deafening volume either as a PC DAC or paired with my Fiio X3ii but with the 3DS it just can't.

If you have a hacked PSP you should try Grand Knights History. There's a translation patch available. That should at least give you a taste of the mechanics that Grand Kingdom is built on.
The combat system is very neat, very compelling. Actions are based on points shared between members and positioning is important. Reminds me of Radiant Historia in that even random battles are pretty involved but not tedious. The overall presentation in GKH is delicious and pressing buttons feels good. I actually prefer the character art to Grand Kingdom's.
With GKH, though, you won't get the mass PvP, which is like half the game. If you want to get into War mode it might be wise to jump in while it's active, and while most folks aren't demigods yet.

Just checked and it definitely doesn't have the issue you described. There's nothing wrong with my button.
Also, about the hinge you should check if it makes a clear audible click or of it's silent.
The old 3DS clicked which is what it should do, while my unit is soft and silent.

I've tried to "go" portable recently solely because I'm sick of myself and I need to get out and see the world more. So my dumbass brain decided to get a laptop, not a too expensive one but I still bought one. I used it maybe 3-4 times ever and it's been collecting dust since the first week.
I already own a 3DS but I haven't touched it since I got and got bored of ACNL (or was it Pokemon XY? Can't remember).
Sitting by my computer makes me miserable, I have no friends neither online or IRL, I live with family members who share none of my interests or ideals and we can't stand each other, and my job is garbage and pays far below average so I have no options to do anything about it.
I've wanted to quit videogames entirely but since it's been my literal only interest for over 15 years it's the only thing I know. I just want to die I don't know.
