But see I take issues with that. If it were to represent the crazy and idiotic outfits idols wear sometimes then it should be even more over the top and bombastic. But instead it just looks boring and stupid. It's not crazy or unique, it's just some black overalls over a white t-shirt or some short-shorts and a jacket.
If it was to represent the crazy idol fashion that exists then it didn't go far enough. If it's supposed to just be stylish and fun it failed there. It really does match the entire game perfectly in that it doesn't know what it wants to be, completely over the top or safe and fun. It sits in the bland and dumb looking middle that doesn't appeal to either.

From what I've seen of the three scripts, you're referring to a scene that's meant to be a joke where an innocent character is speaking vaguely and another character misconstrues it as something else, but the punchline is that the seemingly innocent character actually wasn't as innocent as expected (since she's a 1000 year old dragon or whatever). The NA version just reveals the punchline at the start, killing the joke before it has even began. The EU version just doesn't bother with the twist punchline.
This means one character appears more innocent (which you could argue was the original intention, as in she's so innocent she doesn't know what she's saying is wrong), and another appears to be more perverse. It's kind of inconsequential though, especially as it is DLC.

You'd probably need to go to a gaming news site of the region (for instance, a japanese site, which most people can't read unless they're from Japan in the first place), look up on the game and try to spot any differences yourself, since as you can see from english gaming sites, most of the time they don't report on such changes explicitly.
