Overwatch suffers from same things most of the other team bases fps games do, you get bad teamates. "oh buy m9, they'll add comp feature soon". Yeah but how is it any different from comp mode on CSGO? Or mobas like LoL? Have people of OW really not played any other game with comp mode before? It doesn't really help at all, the people you'll be playing with will still be asstwats, they wont care if they're playing stubidly and not doing their job of their role. They'll get 2/11 ratio with their hanzo or widormaker and ask someone else to switch (namely you), even if you were doing 3-4 silvers or golds. Why should a person doing their job correctly switch?
And here in lies the problem. When the game starts there will prolly be limitations on how many people can play which role, for else the game will be just as cancerous as the quick play mode already is (for anyone that's single queueig, it's better with 1-2 friends). So how will there be decision who gets to play which role? Because other mobas haven't come to solution for this, it's usually that someone ends up playing certain class. It's good if they know how to play it, but there will be more than couple of times when someone who's not good with tank or support "ends up" playing one.
So what does this mean? It means that the game is only good if you play it in a group, most preferably with group of 6 premade, but a premade of 2-3 is OK too. But that means you would need friends to dedicate their time to play this game with you. It's good game for those who have friends willing to dedicate time to play it with you, and even better if they don't happen to suck balls, but we're already tiptoeing on a thin layer of ice, and I don't like that.
For these reasons, I would call OW bad game. It certainly is better than Battleborn, but it's still nothing to be proud of, especially not with the 20 tickrate.

Either expand your MP content or create some kind of SP campaign like other multiplayer focused casual shooters do (CoD, BF, Halo). Once you get over the initial rush of 'omg ults are so OP game requires no skill' you'll figure out that about every hero requires either aim, or good application of his skills, or a combination of both, and that positioning and teamplay and considering what both teams are capable of is a pretty big part
Junkrat requires you to git gud with both grenades and his mine for movement or cc
Pharah requires you to consider at all tiems where the enemy widow is, you gotta get gud at rockets, and concussion blast allows for neat plays
Torb seems easy at first glace- just plop down turret, hamemr it and be happy, but his gun is actually really strong and getting gut at aiming with it takes a while
Tracer requires utmost concentration to always keep the position of every single enemy in mind, as well as recalling where you were 3 seconds ago and memorizing all the medpacks for sustained harrassment

Aside from what you have mentioned, one of things that I don't like about Overwatch is that it doesn't have a proper way to join a map and game mode that you want. Shit's all random (I know you can make a custom server about that and shit but there's literally no way to give us an option to choose what map and gamemode you want to join outside from that).
Another thing on why I dislike about the game is that there's only 6 people per team. I don't know about you but when I play online multiplayer fps games like Quake and TF2, I prefer to have an option to control the number of players per team. I was disappointed that Overwatch only supports 6 people per team as far as I know. I presume Blizzard did this on purpose but I don't like that move at all.
Gameplay wise, it doesn't quite give me the freedom to choose the character I want. Every match feels like who can counter the enemy team more. It doesn't really give me the option to make me pick a character I want in the long run.That kind of scenario may be understandable outside of FPS games.The fact that there's only 6 people per team doesn't help. Gameplay also feels meh, loose, and floaty for me. Maybe because the gun sound effects sucks, the whole ability thing doesn't quite float with me or something.
If there's one thing that makes me laugh and gives me a tiny mood of "what the fuck", it's people claiming that the upcoming ranked mode will improve and help the game or something. Like seriously, what the fuck is that statement. How can a rank system change everything. If anything, it's just normals with numbers to increase your ego. If I play a game like LoL, I don't play that game just because of rank, I play that game because it has contents that I want and like.
Overall, Overwatch isn't bad but it's not good either. It feels meh.

If running through a doorway takes 60 frames Widow has 60 frames for the shot if the tickrate is 20 or 120. The Window will just start a bit later which will make it look like the target got hit when he was already behind on his client.
It does give you less option for counterplay against a decent sniper since when the first hit gets registered on your Client he has almost already shot the second shot.
It does not help with shit aim though.
