The issue is RWBY characters are stupidly OP in every aspect and have no weaknesses.
Ruby hits like a god damn truck but is also extremely fast and hard to hit.
Yang hits like 5 freight trains but her special ability makes her the hulk who just gets stronger the more damage she takes(until the plot decides she can take damage and gets her arm cut off in a single blow)
