Should I get GTA V or Sleeping Dogs from steam sale? I've beaten both on console. Nothing I can actually run seems interesting to me. I wanted The Witcher 3 or Fallout 4 but I can't run them apparently. Yes, I am on a laptop.

and I can play witcher3 with a few tweaks, and Dying Light and Fallout4 pretty much playable with minimal setting.
let's put it this way, I just tried to play the DOOM demo and my comp couldn't even play the demo it was slow af

Fallout4 by far, fps can dip sometimes to 10, but mostly it keeps staying in 28-35 fps. Sometimes I got weird bug that everything keeps going too fast even though fps is barely 15, but reload fixes it.

Better than Fallout3, but not quite as good as FalloutNV. If you like exploring various locations without following main quest, then it's worth it. Got to the Diamond City for the first time with 10 hours in.
