New Battle mechanics due to fan feedback.

Not much on the RPG side of things other than more custom character parts, outfits, and moves. Also, no new races but their expanding on the existing ones. Thoughts?

And Bioandroid racial is that you can't sense their Ki you fucking retard. Energy types are just different variants of them. 17/18 had "regen Ki over time" but they are considered still human even by Toriyama since they are just humans enhanced with bio-organic implants.
The actual Bioandroids we're talking about are the synthetics like 13/14/15/16/19/20 and Cell-likes.
