4 is way goofier and holds your hand through everything by spelling everything out.
I liked 3 more. Wish they'd do another.
4 just for how much better the quest system is.
So much of 3 is grinding rep because there's no way of knowing that the quest item/npc you're looking for even decided to spawn into the map.
