been rocking this thing since 2012, best pucrchase that l ever have.
Inputlag is really low but on modern TV but its usually TN or VA panel so it looks okay compared to plasma.
Also monitors usually have 0 upscaling so unless the game scales to 1080p it wont look great.

All memes aside, my TV is broken and I haven't been able to play any console games.
I've been thinking of getting either a big monitor or a small TV that I can put on my desk so I can just play consoles there.
Looking at this thread, seems TVs might have some technical issues? Then again I've been playing on TVs for consoles for years and I haven't noticed anything.

most modern TV have really good response time, low input lag, great PPL thanks to 4k panelds and 120hz native thanks to HDMI 2.0.
l love the inmersion of big tvs so l just go with that..

The way I have everything set up, I have a monitor behind my shitty laptop on a stand. That way, I can play console games while also watching whatever on my laptop. I'm one of these people who just can't stand to JUST play a game. I usually need something like a tv show or podcast playing in the background.
