It's okay for a few minutes. Some of the quests are kind of fun.

Swap 1 and NV, and you're great.
Remember, 1 gets more points for being the first that gave an amazing setting, along with great writing (also it has a very threatening antagonist, if not the best antagonist of the series). NV because it gives a completely different, amazing cowboy and gambler setting, along with great writing as well.
2 third because despite being a great game, it suffers from TOO MANY references, aka too many maymays of the time.
It was babbys first RPG for many dudebros.
