I just picked it up despite it not being on sale, the fighting is fun, lots of different characters and moves, it's a musou what more do you expect from the gameplay. Tons of fanservice, I mean, a fuckload of fanservice. Breast jiggling even when the character isn't moving. In the dressing room you can "touch" the characters and make them react.

As someone who has never played a Musou or SK game before this one, and bought this earlier in the month simply because I was surprised to see it on Steam and have some lewd artwork of the characters saved, I honestly find it incredibly boring. Like, there's never a time I'm looking to myself "I can't wait to play more Shinovi Versus later." It's always more like "Eh, I'm bored, and I spent $30 on this game earlier. Guess I might as well play it."
There might be some hidden depth to the combat, and I think it's cool that all of the characters have three separate movesets depending on what clothing "mode" you're in (regular, ninja, or lingerie), but it doesn't even really matter since the AI is completely retarded and you can literally mash X while looking away from the screen and win most of the time. There's a multiplayer, but everything is just a score attack (seriously why) where rather than trying to master your character and git gud, you're better off just spamming aoe attacks to kill all the dumb minions around that you can't disable. Some kind of just straight 1v1 would have been great for added reply value and making you want to master your character, but oh well.
Story is nothing to write home about and pretty much plays out like every other anime trope out there. I will say that they did a great job in making all the characters distinct with their own little quirks and personalities. You really can't help but become charmed by them. If there's a character in the series you like then the highlight of the game will be any time you're lucky enough to see them on screen during the story segments. The gameplay itself will become stale after just a few hours.

It's in there but they don't look very good since SV isn't using HD textures. Also the nipples get smaller the more you decrease breast sizes (so using it with flat mod would make them dots). Though I haven't used it with the nipples exist mod (google it) which has much bigger nips.
