Finally got around around to getting an emulator working and playing some Castlevania for the first time, what are some other good games that you can emulate? I haven't played many game from before 2004, other than like Halo, Doom and Half Life.
Also what are all these hearts I keep picking up? They don't seem to restore my health or anything.

I remember when i used to be a PC pleb but then i discovered the world of emulation and a new world opened in front of me.
Anyway my only reccomendation is to try games from many platforms,don't restrict yourself to just Nintendo/Sony stuff.
