It's the absolute best Dungeon Keeper clone ever made, it's basically Dungeon Keeper 3.
It had problems with performance and being unfinished at release because as always, retards release shit unfinished, but by now it's actually worth buying, it should have been in this state at release and it would gain so much more popularity.
