Lets talk about some good games you can play on a laptop, preferably ones on Steam Sale right now.
I'm going to college next year, and I'm not gonna bring my full rig with me, so I need to stock up on shit that's playable on a laptop.

These are a few games I would play in between classes last semester. None of them are crazy time investments and can be a lot of fun if you want to pass time on a laptop for an hour or so in between classes. Hope this helps, anon.

I can play just about any game on my 2012 Packard Bell, thanks to its strong dedicated GPU.

You should look at EXACTLY same things in laptops as with desktop PCs. That is, all their specs.
A strong, dedicated GPU with its own VRAM helps gaming TREMENDOUSLY. A strong (> 2ghz) multicore CPU and 8GB RAM minimum help a ton.
MSI, Asus and Lenovo make some good laptops with fine price:performance ratio.
