play them in order till you hit american wasteland, stop there. 1,2,3 only takes like 1hour to finish. You can skip the first one if you want to.

play the first one because it has some of the most iconic parks in the series. in the second one, you will get caught up in the create-a-park feature, and you probably won't move on to the 3rd one for several weeks.
