At least the other weapons feel like extensions of the character. Like when you swing the sword, as impractically giant as the hitbox is, it still feels like that hitbox was the extension of the character's actions. But this bell looks so disconnected. The animation isn't even that appealing.

They have a metal toe guard, but that's something normal on work boots and may not represent the Iron boots which are all metal or in OOT's case mostly metal for the foot portion of the boot.

That's a bit of a tough one.
N3DS has a bunch of new features including controlling multiple characters during a map, but the graphics are really crap compared to WiiU.
I remember being perturbed that Darunia, Ruto, Midna, Fi and Midna all had only 1 weapon when Link had like 6 and Zelda and Impa and lana had 2 or 3.
I kind of wish they would add weapons for existing characters instead of more characters. Ruto could use a fishing rod for example, and Darunia could use a bomb bag.

The switching mechanics are amazing and make the game far more enjoyable than it's Wii U Counterpart
The 3DS gets all the Adventure Maps that the Wii U got and more with the upcoming DLCs when the Wii U doesn't get maps.

Barrier Rod, her most obvious magic power in Link Between Worlds is to make barriers and binding magic.
Use a barrier to crush enemies, have a musous attack involving trapping many enemies in a spherical barrier and crush them.
