Yes. Stopped playing my Wii U after the first 2 months. My Xbone is dusting as well. After Quantum Break, I haven't touched it since. My Vita and 3DS is doing the same.
My 3DS will get some play once DQVII and DQVIII is out. The only things I play daily is my PS4 and PC. Everything else is just sitting.
Do I regret getting any of them? Nope, I have a lot of games for each. I just beat them all or have no interest in playing them.

I hate the 3ds way more than the wii u. Going from 4k to 720p is bearable. But 4k to 240p, is ridiculous. Sprite games are the only things that look nice in a 3ds.

Never in my life even thought of buying an Xbox though. Halo is kind of neat, and Cave SHMUPs were exclusive to jpXboxes for a while but even that has come to an end. And paying for online was always as stupid back then as it is now.

Why would anyone not just play the games they want to play? I get it if you literally just want playstation games or whatever, but I've been nothing but sony for 10 years until I looked into the new 3ds and wiiu libraries/back compatiblities, and I had to get that shit. It's all about the Sega games mainly.
Panzer Dragoon Orta, GunVakyrie, JSRF are fantastic games. It also has the only authentic port of Outrun 2 (2006 is good in its own right, but way more forgiving in some regards).
Ninja Gaiden Black is also the best version of the game you can find, superior even to the PS3 port Sigma.
Also if you hack it you can get Metal Wolf Chaos, which is an experience of pure joy everyone should get to play.

My only advice if you get one is to check your model; and if it isn't the 1.6 model, open it up and remove the clock capacitor. That's good advice for all OG Xbox owners.
