The real idiots here are the people who look at the very first non-interactive promotional materials a company shows off and thinks they reflect what the finished product will look like. Literally EVERY game at E3 starts off looking way better graphically than the finished product will be, because it's a pre-rendered trailer made to entice you. It's the difference between the photo of a McDonalds burger and the genuine article, and it's like that for every company.
