While I absolutely love the game and spend as much time playing as possible, there really is not enough depth to be discussing. You just learn how each character works, then you put them to use in real time action. Trying to cooperate with other characters abilities comes with time in a natural way.
To be on OP's topic a bit though - if it's an attack, two tanks are the way to go, Winston being one of them prefferably. Damn this gorilla is super potent.

the lucios alternate between sound amps and you basically just run up in the other teams face and shoot them as a group.
