It is usually a good practice. Better to die reloading to an enemy you didn't see than to have a guy dead to rights and have to reload mid firefight.

If he is hungry or thirsty and has no water, I only eat and drink when I find it in game.
If my character is wet/swimming, i grab a bottle of water and pour it into myself
I maxed out my level cap in F4 via console commands so I don't have to go through the slow burn of making stealth playable and lock-picking accessible. Game is still alright after being a powerhouse by maxing out all my skills and perks.

I suppose this would even make some sense if I only did it where some choices have some kind of consequence, good or bad. 4. In online games, I sometimes act like a unit from and RTS game and say something like "armed and ready" in the mic when I enter the game.
5. When I was in school, I used to run like Sonic with my hands behind my back.

I have a kind of ocd. Whenever I play a game, I have to do it in the "correct" way. The room has to be quiet, screen/kb and mouse have to be completely clean, I have to be completely confortable (not hungry, thirsty, horny, or sleepy), and if possible nobody has to be around (I wait till my family goes out/to sleep). Apart from that, I have to be feel completely inmersed in the game and do only do "realistic things" (I mostly play rpgs). For example, I don't use meta gaming knowledge, so every time I start a new game, I pretend I don't know anything about the world I'm about to enter to (even if I know crucial things beforehand). I have to talk to every npc, buy every item, explore every chunk of the map, etc. If I die, it's game over. This was mostly due to thinking that when I play a game, it'd be the only time I'd experience it, so everything should be perfect and I should use the game's full potential. I don't know how many times I had to restart games because I thought I wasn't playing it "right". However, I've been working on this problem. I say to myself that I'm just "testing" the game, and that some day I'll play it for real.
Does someone have the same problem? It's a bit annoying to be honest.

Just follow the Main Scenario Quest. Its pretty much straightforward. If you ever need levels then look for nearby NPCs and do quests.Also unlock guildhest and do daily dungeon/hest for exp

I took even more extreme by soaking up as many bullets from the covies as possible without dying to make sure as many marines as possible survived. I'd reload checkpoints too to make sure all my boys made it out in one piece, especially if the were hunters or fuel rod grunts

Yes, sometimes people swear, and you can be suspended for Nhours for being an asshole (as long as people report you). There are many kind of retard in that game.
Usually bad DPSs not moving away from AoE indicators and blaming you for not healing them, then running out of mana because they kept getting hit. Bad tanks getting hit hard or not holding aggro everywhere, (on my experience) specially paladins, even worse if they are male cats. I can't forget pic-related, his gear was too low, I had hard times healing our party because he was not able to hold aggro.I got kicked from my first FC because I was outDPSing my FC leader(warrior) as Healer (WHM)
