Venezuela here with a gayman PC built late 2013 and PS3. Buying games for both systems is a gigantic luxury due to local prices being humongous relative to work wages and digital dollars being outright impossible to aquire without external connections, and importing is a terribly expensive and complicated process to boot.
Gaming here consists of cheap pirated last gen games or undemanding f2p games on PC. In my case I have friends in other countries that gift me games every now and then, but playing with them is a hassle because of terrible Internet speed that averages at 150 ping at best on early mornings.

Here in North Korea, we have a VERY small amount of games. The only ones you people may know of is Pyongyang Racer and those propaganda flash games, but only recently here in North Korea we got arcades where you can play NES and MegaDrive games. They said that the great leader gave us these systems, but they only say that to avoid being arrested.
The only games I have ever played that aren't propaganda are Duck Hunt, Super Mario Bros, Pac Man and Sonic The Hedgehog.
