The adult mods are still extremely limited. Aside from some modifications like who can get pregnant or marry, the clothing, hair and nudity mods, and some new traits, the scene is still pretty barren.
Compare it to TS3's modding scene, and it's lackluster, though TS3 didn't get actual animated porn mods for about two years after launch.
